"An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure" - Ben Franklin

As I am feeling Spring coming in the windows of my office, and listening to the birds singing, my thoughts drift off to my clients, friends and family and how I want them all to feel good and healthy today. I am reminded how good health is a precious gift. It is something so valuable, that it should be protected at all costs.

In many Americans, this concept has become lost, like some ancient knowledge that was never passed down from our previous generations.

Perhaps it has been lost by design. The "powers that be" have manipulated us to forget what makes and keeps us healthy so they can profit from our continuous state of ailments.

Life does not have to be like this. You are not meant to be in a constant state of medicated sickness. Your beautiful body will chose health when it is not too busy processing chemicals and figuring out how to survive. Given half a chance, your amazing body will always default to health, like a plant reaching for the sun.

Muster your innate courage and begin to take responsibility for your personal health through your lifestyle choices. Lifestyle choices include your food and drink, nutrients, movement, relationships, home environment, purpose, finances, sleep, joy, etc. These ALL play a synergistic and crucial role in your state of health. For example, you can have the best nutrient rich food, but, if you are not sleeping, you health will be adversely affected.

Choices do not seem to matter much, until you find yourself feeling poorly, "out-of balance" and in poor health. The worse you feel, the more important good health becomes. Implementing good habits and remaining balanced is an active lifetime journey.

It is 2024, and the promise of longevity without ailment is more than possible. Protect your health, and step into the beautiful, bountiful world of feeling good.
